Job Summary:

Supervisor is responsible for overall restaurant operations, and to make sure that restaurant runs smoothly. He or she trains and supervise all restaurant staff, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations of foods, and resolve customer complaints in timely manner. The following are the requirements and responsibilities of the supervisor:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisor or similar position in the Food and beverage industry or similar.
  • Candidates must be energetic, committed, a good team player, a multitasker.
  • Ability to plan work and set priorities, interact with other employees effectively.
  • Must be reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To manage the overall restaurant operation, and to make sure that facility is clean and well maintained.
  • Organize workflow, assign duties, and ensure that employee understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Achieve the highest level of customer satisfactions, while providing quick services.
  • Monitor employee’s productivity, lead the team, and provide them with sense of directions.
  • Supervisor is responsible for all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards.
